The Gretsch G4164 Snare Drum is a snare drum with dimensions of 14″x6.5″, a 1.1mm shell thickness, 10 lugs per side, and chrome over brass finish. The 1.1mm brass shell is rolled, and then welded with a clean, durable seam. The entire shell (exterior and interior) is chrome plated and has a 40-degree bearing edge. Additional features include Lightning throw-off, top and bottom die-cast hoops, ‘Snap-In’ key holder, classic Gretsch Drop-G octagon badge, Permatone coated top with underside dot /clear bottom heads and a 42-Strand snare wire.
